STs 1-10

ST #1

Opponent steps forward into right front stance and throws a right punch.

  1. Step to the left and left palm block to the opponent's punch.
  2. Right hand reaches over the top of the opponent's arm and then grabs the tricep.
  3. Left punch to face
  4. Left hand grabs the opponent's hair above the left ear.
  5. Step back with left foot and pull opponent to the floor by the hair.
  6. Punch opponent

ST #2

Opponent steps forward into right front stance and throws a right punch.

  1. Step to right and right slap to opponent's face, left hand protects face
  2. Right hand pushes opponent's punching arm.
  3. Right knife hand strikes to opponent's stomach
  4. Right arm pushes opponents face to the right to expose temple
  5. Right elbow strike to opponent's temple
  6. Right side kick (Opponent falls)
  7. Left spinning axe kick to opponent's groin
  8. Right side kick to opponent's face

ST #3

Opponent steps forward into right front stance and throws a left punch.

  1. Step to right into a right front stance, right palm block to opponent's punch, left ridge hand strike to opponent's groin
  2. Slide left foot to right foot, right kick to opponent's groin (from behind)
  3. Right knife hand strike to opponent's neck (opponent rolls)
  4. Pull opponent back down, block legs, punch opponent.

ST #4

Opponent throws a left kick to groin

  1. Slightly pivot to the left, right down block
  2. Left punch to opponent's groin
  3. Right upward palm strike to opponent's chin
  4. Right hand rakes opponent's face
  5. Left palm strike to opponent's chest

ST #5

Opponent grabs lapel with right hand

  1. Right inner forearm block like motion to bend opponent's right arm
  2. Left punch to opponent's face
  3. Left hand grabs opponent's hair and pulls head back
  4. Right dropping palm strike to opponents jaw

ST #6

Opponent grabs lapels with two hands

  1. Step forward with left foot
  2. Step back with left foot
  3. Right and left palms strike opponent's elbows
  4. Right and left knife hand strikes to opponent's sides
  5. Grab opponent's love handles
  6. Headbutt to opponent's solo plexus

ST #7

Opponent grabs left wrist using their right hand

  1. Left hand makes a counter clockwise motion to grab opponent's right wrist
  2. Right rising punch to opponent's arm
  3. Right downward knife hand strike to opponent's arm
  4. Use right arm to break opponent's right arm
  5. Using the right foot, step past opponent's right leg, drive right shoulder into opponent's right shoulder, drive opponent to the ground
  6. Right side kick to opponent's face

ST #8

Opponent grabs head and to perform a right knee strike to face

  1. Left palm block and right downward elbow strike to opponent's right leg
  2. Right hand lifts opponent's right leg and moves it to the right
  3. Right kick to opponent's groin
  4. Right jumping downward elbow strike to opponent's spine
  5. Jump to opponent's back
  6. Grab opponent's hair and smash opponent's face on floor three times

ST #9

Opponent's bear hugs from behind

  1. Grab opponent's hands with left hand
  2. Right backward elbow strike to opponent's stomach
  3. Right hammer fist strike to opponent's groin
  4. Grab opponent with right hand and pull
  5. Right elbow strike to opponent's face
  6. Right rising punch to opponent's jaw
  7. Right side kick

ST #10

Opponent attacks with a right front kick.

  1. Step forward with left foot into a horse stance, left ridge hand block to the opponent's kick
  2. Spin clockwise, right elbow strike to opponent's spine
  3. Left hand grabs and pulls opponent's hair, right foot pushes on back of opponent's left knee, forcing opponent's knee to the floor.
  4. Right knife hand strike to opponent's throat
