My notes on Pinan Godan


Pinan Godan
0                     Nolte
1                     Left cat stance with left inner forearm black, right reverse punch
2                     Extend right hand to the right with the palm up and extend the left hand to the right with palm down. Pull hands to right hip (Pinan Kamae)
3                     Right cat stance with right inner forearm block, left reverse punch
4                     Extend left hand to the left with the palm up and extend the right hand to the left with palm down. Pull hands to left hip (Pinan Kamae)
5                     Right front stance with right reinforced inner forearm block
6                     Left front stance with closed hand cross block to the legs, open hand cross block to the head
7                     Rotate hands clockwise, left sideways hammer fist strike
8                     Right front stance, right punch
9                     Right outer crescent kick into horse stance with right down block with left hand extended with it
10                 Left sideways hammer fist strike
11                 Open left hand, Right outer crescent kick into cross leg stance with right back fist, left palm on right forearm.
12                 Turn into left cat stance with right arm still behind you
13                 Skip, skip, jump into low cross leg stance with closed hand cross block to legs.
14                 Step back with right leg into left rear stance with left down block and right inner forearm block behind head
15                 Step back with left foot and turn to the left and step with the right foot into right rear stance with right down block and left inner forearm block behind head
